i somehow thought i placed the centre and side seams together correctly only to find after sewing the bottom of the bag and turning it right side out the pockets ended up in the middle,so i did the same for the lining and now have a bag with pockets in the front not side of the bag, it's ok and it looks good anyway! If i make this pattern again i will check and double check my pocket placements!
Great sew along very easy to follow and simple but some tips for beginners like myself it would have been good if the lining was different colours on one side as difficult to tell which side was which so confusing and other parts like the end sewing the bag together at the top you didn't say to leave a gap to pull through and this was the same for several parts of the sew along for new sewist like myself you left out the confusing bits experienced sewers take for granted.
Thank you for the tutorial but it would of been very helpful if you has shown the sewing. The bottom looks hard and it would of been nice to see how you did it. But thank you again for making it.
