In my case the problem was a bad connection inside the CAS (immobiliser) unit. This is where the relay is to energise the starter solenoid. It also monitors for the electrical feedback the solenoid coil makes and if not present it will not run. The PCB track was burnt out (too much feedback energy from a bad starter solenoid I guess). Can you give a little more detail on fix? My starter is fine...i jumped it w 12v and it cranks, but w key/ start button it sounds just like this video. Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance
I have the same issue I believe. I think I also found the trace, and will confirm after testing and will provide images. Cause holy smokes this thing is so easy to miss. It looks like a hot trace, but not burned.
