Thank you so much! The inspo for this particular video was an idea of a classic Amuse Bouche and I also wanted to make it ft. the pomme souffle from my previous video. So this Fish & Chips interpretation came to life 🤓✌
Interesting question! I don't think any Chef cooks fine-dining at home on daily basis, Andres 🤓Fine dining takes lots of time & preparation, and great team to make it happen. It's impossible to replicate the diverse haute cuisine experience on daily basis... But, I'd absolutely love to eat like this daily! 🙃
