‘Muhammad and the mountain’… I invite clients to my studio for the A roll interview with all the heavy kit already ready to go. They are then given the option for B roll of stock media to convey what they are saying (cheaper) or footage shot in their space using stripped down gear similar to what you’re saying (more expensive). This works well for me as I work a lot with with coaches and therapists and not skateboarders or fighter pilots 😂

simple always looks good to me. I use the aputure 200x for a key but also love my new amaran p60c to light the background separately. 2 lights can go a long way!

Hey! We are almost rocking the same set up. I use 200x with the lantern as my key and just added the amaran 60d. These two lights are extremely versatile and tiny!!!

Why didn’t you just get a tungsten filter for your 120D?

I don’t want to fiddle around with filters. A lot of spaces I shoot in have colour temperatures between 3200k to 5600… 4500k being quite common with the fluorescent lights. Being able to dial the colour temp in exactly is really useful for me! Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
