@@davraam7595exactly. Also with KAT it allows us to have 1 BIG in foul trouble. Without KAT in, if Rudy gets in foul trouble we are 💩 at getting rebounds.
@@TomLott-zd3ry yeah and Rudy and Ant are going to be worn down by the playoffs hopefully healthy but definitely worn out unless McDaniels, naw and naz really step up their scoring.
@@davraam7595 yeah. At least they'll get rest though during the Play In Games. It's like a mini bye week. I think it'll be: Suns, Lakers, Mavs, & Warriors in the PLAY IN... I wanna play vs Mavs or Warriors in the 1st Round if possible.
@@TomLott-zd3ry weird the teams I don’t want are the suns mavs and pelicans in that order. Suns always torch us, Kyrie and doncic are a huge problem for us especially if we don’t have Kats scoring and the pelicans are a tough match up of Zions playing.
I like the idea of the Wolves leaning into an even more perimeter defense focused, switchable identity while KAT is out. Possibly starting/closing with Jaden at the 4 and NAW at the 2 could unlock some great two way lineups. I hope Finch is willing to be more flexible with his lineups depending on the matchup. Depending on who the opponent starts at the 4, we can switch between Naz, Kyle, or Jaden starting there.
Trade Jaden for Okoro, Strus and a 1st next offseason. We added two extra first round picks to keep Jaden out of the Gobert trade. So this package is realistic.
@@howlsandgrowlshoops appreciate that you see what he's still doing for this team on defense - he's streaky on offense and lacks some self-confidence at this age, no doubt, but he's always in it to win it on defense.
@@howlsandgrowlshoops You can see it in his body language on offense too. It feels like Finch should run the first play or two for him again against Utah to get his confidence back, so he is in better rhythm on offense.
His issue seems more mental than anything. The opponent isn’t 100% guarding him and it seems like he feels the need to prove them wrong and ends up beating himself. I’m sure he’ll come around. He’s still a young player.
Hahaha no more excuses buddy. Wolves own the Clippers. 3-1 against them lmao. Clippers got their one win by only 1 point 😅. Meanwhile wolves have won by a combined 43 points 😮💨
I was watching the game last night on Hulu, and I was constantly rewinding Clippers offensive possessions because of the brilliant team defense on display by the Wolves. The Clippers have some of the best pick and roll players in the league on their roster and the Wolves consistently defended the screen action perfectly. Just an incredible performance. And in my opinion, this is the blueprint for the Wolves to win in the playoffs. Max effort on defense coupled with opportunistic offense when generating turnovers and missed shots.
