@@bryankelley6120 Buxton? Only because he is on one of his great hitting streaks, it will only last for a time then he will revert back tolook like he doesn’t know how to hit MLB pitching or gets hurt.
Is it really genetics for Royce? There is a theory out there that athletes who do a lot of bulk/muscle building are more susceptible to tears and strains.
Only if they don’t focus on mobility and stretching, When an injury like the ACL injury happens everyone heal differently, and each body compensates differently, he tore the same ACL 2 times, I fear the hamstring and quad injuries were related because those connect to the knee. IMO baseball is a tough luck sport in terms of injuries because there is a lot of reps in practice and before games and a lot of standing around during the game, and then small instances of maximum effort,
Don’t even care that Royce is injured at this point, he’s been ice cold for the past week and the offense has held its own, not to mention Brooks lee is a great replacement to Royce
I would start to take a close look at the trainers and training programs. This is absurd and happens way too often. Put these guys in yoga and ballet. Get out of the weight rooms. Quit making cybermetics a part of the game.
