Good running car...12s are easily attainable. I ran a 13.38 at 108.5 on all season street radials with an extremely mild combo. Stock roller block, E303 cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, 650 DP Holley, Long Tube Headers, X pipe, 1 chamber mufflers, 4.10 gears and the stock T5 and stock style clutch, bone stock untouched E7 heads. As far as tortoise specs: Stock bottom end 5.0 roller motor Home ported D0oe Windsor heads tfs stage 1 cam air gap intake 1.6 roller rockers hooker 1 5/8 headers with 2.5 exhaust 3.73 gears Holley 600 double pumper They are pretty simple parts and this was initially put together with a tiny budget.
