my only problem with this is that the ultrakill enemies are not balanced with eachother, a single mindflayer can melt sisyphus in mere frames with a laser

Sisyphus is responsible for launching the enemy away, Minos is responsible for the air combos, They have a whole plan before fighting

I tried out these mods and i must admit, Minos Prime seems faster and harder to beat on Violent difficulty than in original game and Sisyphus feels slower and easier

What do you mean set their hp? I just respawned them every time I got them to fight new character. And to make them in one team I just used the DrGBase NPC Faction tool.
