Everyone knows Las Vegas, Nevada is a desert town, located inside the Mojave Desert. But not many know that within this hot and dry city is a sub-zero ice bar, located inside the Venetian Casino and Resort. This freezing establishment features tables, chairs, art work, and even drinking glasses made of pure ice, and it's a 'cool' place to visit!

I love Vegas. Great views and information about the Sub-Zero ice Bar. I never knew about this place. Very unique and colorful. The ice glasses must have been a different experience. Thanks for sharing with us. Enjoy the week.

There are actually two. I didn't even realize there was one in Mandalay Bay as well when we stayed there last time we were in Vegas. If you are ever there, you'll have to try it out! :)

Ha ha, the bar's music was so loud there wasn't really any good place for me to do any filming where I was narrating the adventure. I decided to save most of that for voice-over. Tricky business, filming in a busy bar! ;)

LOL - It was about the same temperature in that bar as my front yard the day we left Canada. I paid money to hang out in the same conditions as my own yard. ;)

I admit I was wondering why a Canadian would pay to get cold in a bar. LOL. I have seen the Minus 5 Ice Bar when we have been in Vegas, but like you, we go to escape the cold and snow. So we haven't gone inside. But it does look pretty 'cool'. All of the ice sculptures remind me of the ice sculptures that are done here in Saint Paul during the winter carnival. Looks fun! 😊👍

I was actually looking into going here when we went to Vegas but we had enough of the cold at the time haha.. I understand the Vegas heat so I can see why though.. cool experience guys!

I think it's worth it. Especially if you were in Vegas when it's smoking hot outside! :)
