Mirabelle i love this topic and love everything you talk about each live because it very very true… I cannot stand women lifting heavy… they don’t know it will only make them fat, dense and super masculine. Women were design smaller by God for a reason. I don’t know why they like to suffer like this. 🤷🏾♀️
hi ms.Maribel. 30mins is good for now for the beginners, then maybe do 40 mins or 60mins once a week to push a little, but if people want to do an hour, they can do it on their own ❤ i usually do an hour everyday. 😊😊😊
If you need your glutes bigger you go lift weights and eat protein rich diet. Not walk on a stepper doing cardio. Cardio slims the body, resistance training will build the body.
