Do people typically eat the skin of the boiled salmon or do some cooks choose to remove the peel before cooking? I enjoy salmon skin after grilling but have never tried it after boiling.

We eat the skin of the boiled salmon, but if you don’t want to, you can just peel and set aside after cooking. It’s much easier to peel that way. Or you can also use the salmon that’s sold without the skin.
