No Flip Cheese Burger on the Outlaw Patio
Its hard to beat a good ole juicy cheeseburger!! Add a little mayo to the ground beef and take it to the next level!!
**What You Need**
80/20 Ground Beef
Your Favorite Mayo
Your Favorite Seasoning
All the fixings
First thing we are going to do is get the mayo incorporated into the ground beef. I like to add about 1 1/2 Tablespoons of your favorite mayo to every pound of ground beef. This adds a great flavor and moisture. It definitely turns your standard ground beef into almost a waygu flavor and texture!
After getting the mayo mixed in well, all you have to do is cook a good burger. We seasoned them up with our Grit and Grind combo and got them on the Outlaw patio. We ran the pit about 275 and didn’t flip the burgers. Once they were close to being done, we add the cheese and allowed it to melt.
Now all is that is left to do is build that burger and enjoy!!
