I have done steady state cardio for an hour I am see body burned fat instead of muscle mass , its the best option if you are doing strength training hard with great intensity for fat loss without loosing your muscles . 👍

+Jeet selal for posting informative video, I do 4 days weight training and 2 days HIIT should I continue this way or I should covert the HIIT part to steady state cardio ? Goal is to have good body like Captain America :P :P

Hi, I work in a window of 5.30pm to 6.30am. Its a desk job, so not much physical movement (ofcourse got stiff back issues cause of sit & work). I have a treadmill at work and I do treadmill for 10mins between the shifts. Also planning to do treadmill for 20mins after shift. Is that ok? My schedule is tight so cant go to gym. Please advise on the treadmill timings I'm doing currently and also any diet I can follow to reduce weight. Thanks.
