Albert Max Carrion He admitted to it! Listen to everything he said again. What all do you not think he did? There's a ton of evidence just in the house, so can't wait to read what you believe to be true.
The female operator who received Tanner Cipriano's 9/11 call testified that it was fuzzy, and it was difficult to hear the caller because he was whispering. Despite this, she confirmed that the recording was true and accurate, as well as the transcripts of the call. The bottom line is Ian Zinderman's testimony was inconsistent. His statements to police contradicted his statements in the courtroom, which proves his testimony was catered to the prosecution. The officer who questioned Young, detective Richard Webby, was not sequestered during the trial, which allowed him to cater his testimony to the prosecution as well. He testified that he questioned Young for 3 hours, yet his testimony contains few excerpts of the actual conversation. This shows that is was a paraphrased and editorialized testimony to fit the needs of the prosecution. When Youngs DNA swab was taken. The jury was not looking for reasonable doubt, but a reason. Young was railroaded because of his association with Cipriano.
@Max Carrion So tell us, even though all that jury heard the trial and he was found covered with blood in the house, the little sister and mother identified him, why you think his precious sounding voice convinces you he is innocent.
@David Bennett...a true psychopath...no matter what he did, he clearly is ALWAYS the "victim supreme". He thinks his "behavior" lacked intent? NOW he cries big tears for his loss of his chosen future plans, and his Hope's and dreams. Poster child for abortion. Note: no tears for the victims. Put him in a c-block.
I would disagree and say he is quite aware of the crime he committed and the consequences so he spent so much time on technicalities and not continuing to express his innocence. You can slowly see him realize that his statement was doing him no good
@@StofStuiver yeah he actually did bring up some interesting and compelling points but I haven’t heard the details of what he did yet tbh. There are innocent people in jail so it is possible but I think sometimes the evidence against a criminal is just stronger than the evidence in favor of them.
@@MrSweetpoeticjustice Oh there are many things wrong with the system. Just to name a few; Investigations are always done and solely done to condemn someone, not to prove the opposite. No time or money is spared in this, while the defence is very limited in what they can spend on defence even, let alone on investigation. That is crooked by definition, unless you are rich and can afford it of course. It is still the poor man that gets convicted, while the rich are often set free. Another is that in confessing suspects, that talk and talk, they nail their own coffin. Those are always unexperienced ppl with regard to law and they hope and think that courts are there for justice. They are not. Another is that prosecuters and attorneys often work a certain area, often the same court. That means they know eachother well; they eat in the same cafeteria, etc. They are not supposed to talk about pending or ongoing cases, but ofc they are human and they do. Often deals are made and those deals are often not to the benefit of their clients. For instance; a rich client (yes, those again), or a regular client, which brings in more money, is often spared. While a new, unexperienced suspect is thrown under the bus, by their own defence attorney. And so on. Im not even talking about political corruption, which is widespread and many other things.
@@velisialegrand2394 everytime i get notification about this video i come back and watch some of it, but i still have 20 minutes to go after 6 months and 53 likes 😂😂😂
Looks like everybody expects a 2 min summary of the trial even though they know it lasts months, or even years. I would say that 28 mins are very short
If someone was in his position and was innocent they would NOT act like he did. His entire speech was nothing more than an attempt to manipulate people into siding with him the way he’s probably done all of his life. He sounded so fake! To offer the victims his condolences with the knowledge that they believe him to be the killer was cruel, asinine, egotistical & completely lacking in self awareness as most narcissistic psychopaths are. They have a complete inability to see themselves as others do.
High intelligence and lack of empathy and conscience and blast off of the spectrum of narcissism. Demons are very intelligent as well and this kid is full of them.
@@onisaloka6618 its strategy to make the client look a victim its very very common however it was all a waste because he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole

Extremely sad, off drugs the only thing against this young guy is guilty of is a sense of entitlement ... a lot of youth grow through that ... it's the drugs that turned him into the real Mr. Hyde... and the unrestrained influence of drugs couldn't keep Mr. Hyde at bay. What a horror to wake up to when he became sober ... and the family he destroy. All extremely extremely sad ... and the other player in the room ... the elephant ... drugs. Evil people are peddling drugs because they know they can break up a country and values doing so. Check out George Soros and his influence in bringing entire countries down, drugs are one part of his strategy (legal and illegal) to over-throw governments with then of setting up a one world government (of socialists). Preston Jackson lol and reading and reading! I didn’t think he was allowed to address the victims family!? I’ve never seen anything like this. Afterwards, . “I’m ready to be sentenced”....
I’ll give him an C for effort, and an D- for a lack of personal responsibility. If we’re grading him as a sociopath, well he gets an A++. He put on a clinic. *OUTSTANDING WORK!*
YET ANOTHER highly intelligent and confident young man throws his life away, just listening and watching this kid shows me he could have had a great life, got/had great potential, how sad for EVERYBODY involved....! ✌💙🇬🇧
Using big words and utilizing affect doesn't make one intelligent. Intelligent people don't typically murder people in cold blood, and they realize when to shut their mouths.
Say all that one more time out loud and now pretend the one being sentenced is black. Go ahead, try. If you suddenly give even slightly less of one shit, then don’t worry, only YOU know you’re racist.

All you young teenagers and even younger than that listen to that Judge at the end. In the end, it doesn't matter about your childhood, whether good or bad. It doesn't matter how many people love you and like you. The only thing that matters in your life, is the CHOICES you make. Moreover, YOU are the only person who answers for making them. 1. Make the best choices you can. 2. You are always responsible for you. 3. You only have one life. 4. Live your one life for yourself. 5. No matter what hell you're facing, keep going and always remember this; it can always be worse.

@@jayrowe6473 I cringe whenever people make references about prison stereotypes. You are simply passing down he say she say. You have no idea what goes on in prison.A prisoner like him won’t have any interactions so he won’t be getting anything from anyone. He will be in his cell most of the time. Think about staying in a waiting room for years. You just make yourself look like an idiot when you say things like the inmates will take care of him or hope he drops the soap or he won’t last long. Prison is a waiting room for death in his case. He is most likely to die from boredom than to die from other inmates
Does he have a chance or is he talking for nothing ineffective representation. I would think if he was denied all evidence of all witnesses wouldn’t someone had stop the preceding? life is not a outcome of ineffective counseling.
At 21 and looking at a life sentence with no parole....he will age very quickly and is in for a “ HARD “ time from the brothers who won’t be using any Vaseline or lubricating jelly. LMAO
That judge is such a badass. After his long sob story, she acts sympathetic and acknowledges he had a rough life - then she gets real, tells him he fucked up beyond redemption, and drops the sentence. Beautiful.
That judge had the patience of a saint to let this idiot drone on and on with his BS drivel for nearly 30 minutes like that! Most judges would have shut his ass up after 2 or 3 minutes, if that!
Dinanosaurus...LISTEN TO THIS MALIGNANT NARCISSIST. NOW he thinks he's a lawyer. By his own account of all the mistakes made "by everybody else", he has the gall to lecture the judge. He is the sociopath-more likely a pure psychopath- that needs to meet St. Peter at the "pearlies". Adios. Dude.
I've really gone down a rabbit hole. It all started with the Rittenhouse case and the murder of Ahmaud Arbery and now I'm here. Can't stop. The world is a sick place.

@@blankslate6590 I'm not even sure if it can be concluded from this video alone, psychopathy takes quite some questioning to be determined, even the best psychiatrists admit that they can fall for a psychopath and develop sympathy if they are given only limited time with them. Also, ‘First Last’ leaves a comment of ‘ damn lady, you’re pretty.’ Who the heck is thinking about that on a comment forum for a murder conviction. Jesus. Talk about a creeper
When you are sitting in county lockup for so long awaiting the final disposition of your trial, you got nothin but time in your thoughts and hands to write a bunch of legal gibberish.
5 minutes in I was like why is he saying all of this. It's a sentencing hearing. the judge cut him off a few minutes later and confirmed that it was not needed. I kind of feel like his lawyer helped him write some of the statement. He used all that time up to just try and help himself. No accepting what he did was wrong.
This guy is very well spoken and his vocabulary clearly is proof of his intelligence. He reminds me of Ted Bundy and l think of the judges statement at his sentencing. What a tragedy that any potential that this young man had in any career he could’ve soared. Sadly I can see the evilness, fake performance of “are they buying it” and lack of empathy within him.
@BrotherManGill You won’t get any argument from me that the system is broken. When then, Senator Biden, put in the 3 strikes legislation, causing people who were simply arrested for drugs to do life without parole, I was writing letters. Did you? Instead of getting them help, they didn’t care…the Dems said, “Sorry! This is your 3rd strike…you’re out!” It was Trump who did away with it & began emptying the jails for low crime. Many people don’t pay attention to WHO makes laws…who puts them forth & who signs them into law. They just wanna bitch ABOUT the system…not VOTE to change it. They become part of the problem, bcz they REALLY don’t care. They just keep voting people in without looking back on their political record. Dumb!
@BrotherManGill The system wasn’t broken in his case, though. He was given his RIGHT to a jury trial. He wasn’t arrested for jaywalking. Read about what he got himself involved in. He was a young numbskull who let a friend talk him into throwing his life away. People need to watch who they hang with, or they’ll get sucked in like him.
This kid has a very extensive vocabulary , I’m shocked on his knowledge of law , and it shows me that this boy if he didn’t get locked up would’ve became a serial killer he would’ve gotten away with the next murder . Why when he knows he killed a man is he still trying to manipulate the facts . He did it plain and simple and know for every action there’s a reaction and this is it .
This was quite scary to watch. Mitchell Young is one dangerous man. The fact that he has more intelligence than the average criminal would make him difficult to treat and rehabilitate. Such a brutal crime.
