Ralliart only has AWC, only the Evo has S-AWC. The Ralliart has a standard limited slip differential, it doesn't have the yaw control that the Evo has.
I'm still unsure as to why the 1 wheel test was performed, no car would ever be in a situation where only 1 wheel would have traction. A Subaru with limited slips would do the same as well and Subaru has an arguably better AWD system
@@1mawesomel1kethat Some time ago I was also sure that it is impossible to be in situation where only one wheel has grip. Until it happened. You may find two such situations at the end of this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-926i0zqteXE.html When it comes to Subaru - only WRX STI has a system which is similarly advenced to S-AWC from Evo, it's even more like simplified Ralliart.
@@4x4.tests.on.rollers well looks like for the situation I am wrong. However, in a situation where a car is at speed I don't know if the same situation would be applicable, for this the car is stationary

noipv4 There is no fail here, this car is not designed for getting grip, rather for keeping it under control when it is out of grip. Snow mode works the same on rollers.
got it, thanks. So in terms of real world conditions, what does 3 roller test measure? Will it affect starting uphill on a snowy slope? Also can you test evo x?
noipv4 For me test on three rollers is fun as it is really hard situation to get in real conditions. Not impossible, but very rare, however such test shows how smart the traction control system is. When it comes to Evo - there must be some volunteer with such car...
