While Myvan has advantages, there is also lot of practical disadvantages. You are not giving a correct picture like an engineer, while i like your vdos First of all concrete walls,with saria inside , behave more like metal....so ambient noise levels are high since noise easily transmits through concrete. if somebody drills on 29 th floor, you can hear it on ground floor..apart from drilling , it will catch lot of ambient noises. There is heat exchange. Your blast furnace example is wrong since blast furnace and kiln uses refractory brick and not concrete. If you have done civil engineering , u would know concrete absorbs heat and is good conductor , that's why on roof people use mud phasla pots to prevent heat. In fact brick wall normal construction have better heat and sound insulation. Finally , you can't make a jheeri in many walls and route electrical connections since it's concrete, requires society permission which society won't give. One of my friends is stuck in an interior project because of this. So kindly don't position Mivan as God .. mi van has come recently but concrete beam pillar framework has been there for centuries. Thanks a lot for all your guidance. Feels like you have someone who gives you crux knowledge. Ques: Someone said if anyone from 4th floor (example) and doing structural change like shifting of electric switch board or trying to hide the split AC duct by scratching the walls (jiri cheelke), it will make the walls weak. I know it is not allowed but within this, can we do all these things? I am planning to book a flat (Mivan) but I am afraid about such small things. I can stop myself but not others.
Hello sir.. i have booked a flat that is made using mivan technology. Currently, It is under construction. There are visible cracks in walls. Do you have any knowledge if these cracks are normal in mivan construction or are these dangerous. Builder says at time of possession they will fill some chemical and then do putti and all.. i will appreciate your response for the same, if you have knowledge about this.
Arey guru ji baar baar shuttering ka price kyun bata rahe hain. Use & throw hoti hai kya. Nahi 1 - 1 karke floors bante hain. Reuse hoti hain shutterings.
