NSA First of all not from Delhi, from Ggn only :) Your point ki offc ke pass rehlo doesn't make sense to me because if you know ggn, you'll know here both partners work almost and offc for both cannot be at the same place. Moreover, if tmrw one is switching job, will they switch home too? Secondly, if we want to increase GDP here, want people from Delhi to contribute here by getting into real estate, metro will give them more motivation to come to ggn. Like you said, parents in Delhi don't want to sell their house their. Mostly the reason old generation don't want to settle in ggn is lack of public transport, specially metro, where they feel they'll be trapped at home. Just my opinions sir. But you are really a great clarity giver and always show a different perspective, specially of the govt. or administration which we cannot think. So thanks for that. I totaly agree with your comment my dad is ready to sell delhi property and ready to buy in old Gurgaon since majority of punjabi population lives there. The only thing missing is Metro bcoz my dad has spent his life in west delhi and he doesn't want to drive car for 30-40kms in his 60's to visit his friends after every 2-3 days.
Daily lacs of people coming from Delhi to gurgaon, manesar spending there time in traveling. If there is metro connectivity from Delhi, there will not be property demand in gurgaon and manesar. This is a reality. Property Demand is more in gurgaon and definitely metro will reduce this demand.
Today you have reveled why DPR is on hold from 7 years, and definetly no metro is going to be run in near future. But today you got carried away in emotions, but I can understand. 😃

Sure this video has widened our thinking process, where in many decisions are taken not only for justification grounds but on political grounds, specially where different political parties are in government.
I dont have a property in Gurgaon.. But the logic behind your explanation is very sound. Its unfortunate that the tax distribution in our country is so that...in the end people have to suffer...

New gurgaon se sohna road office Jaana mein 35-40 min lagte hain car mein. Na koi sarak na koi public transport. Local rehne wale bawakoof hain wapis delhi chale Jaana chahiye

Aap bol rahe they 15-20 minute mein Gurgaon wala within Gurgaon travel kar leta hai... Within Gurgaon ki sadko ki haalat itni kharab hai ki yeh possible nahi hai... within Gurgaon jam dunia bhar ka lagta hai .. aur sadak par dhool mitti wala pollution itna hai ki poocho mat... Delhi mein carbon pollution hai par dhool mitti nahi hai ..

However, Haryana Government can think to link major business locations such as cyber hub with metro or alternate options internally without connecting Delhi. This can transform gurugram's real estate if internal connectivity can be enhanced.
somewhat agree but in haryana govt doesn't want to do anything or are too lazy to get things done till they go out of control. infrastructure overall Including roads is pathetic in many areas to discount need of metro, those 25 min whole ggn is a night or early morning scene ...i have spend 40 50 mins even taking a u turn in peak time on golf course extension let alone covering whole gurgaon 🙂
