Learn how I use AppleScripts to help me speed up my workflow when starting a mix for a client or for myself. I'll show you scripts that I use to help keep my files in Finder organized and how to get started mixing faster when prepping your mixes. I throw in a few scripts for Pro Tools, as well!

Thanks John. I'm re-visiting AppleScript after not using it for a long time. These are great scripts and thanks for sharing.

Hi John. This is so fantastic and many thanks for sharing your scripts. I do have 1 Automator workflow that renames my audio stems and 1 script editor that renames my PT audio tracks. If you coma up with new clever ideas please do make another video about it. Really great stuff! Many thanks. Best m

That's great. Keep figuring things out that work for you. A powerful tool for Pro Tools macros is SoundFlow. It's a bit smoother than AppleScript but it costs quite a bit per year. Definitely look into that. People always post solutions for things like this in the forums.
