I think you posted a recipe to clear your lungs of 1/2 tsp cloves whole or ground, 1 stick cinnamon 1 inch ginger fresh, boil 5 minutes, drink up...clears your lungs even before you finish the cup. A bit strong, but well worth it.

I add one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of olive oil in a cup of water, mix and drink. I do this every morning. Is that too much??
