Bro I still remember the first time this song played when I was little, I recently replayed the game again, and when I saw paper Mario float down I immediately freaked out like I did as a kid, I knew it was coming, I just liked the music! I still love this game to this day!
@@paulblart7378 It's a meh game, it's not bad, it just felt like took most of M&L's personality and instead turned a regular Mario game into an RPG, with the same locations and pretty much no new characters. On the other hand, having Paper Mario on the team was fun and the music was great.
I know I definitely detest this game. The Mario & Luigi games are some of my all time favourite videogames and replayed them countless times, both during my childhood and when I grew up too. This, out of the whole series, was the only game I could not stand to complete. The Toad collecting mechanic was tedious and boring, the areas and characters had no charm or originality, the storyline had nothing compelling going for it. Its only redeeming quality is probably Shimomura's great OST, as is rightfully expected from her. Perhaps since it's been a long time I should play it again and re-evaluate, but these are the impressions I'm still left with after my first playthrough. Once again, as a huge fan of this series. Then again, this was exactly the time when Nintendo thought that making more lackluster, emptier and uncreative Mario games would somehow get more people to play them. Instead it just brought sales down, fans angry, and a great team like Alphadream bankrupt.
@@BenitoBeni1414 I think the trauma part is more about THE PLAYERS getting trauma from his fight (you know, in a similar way as to why people talk about Cynthia so much), I still think Sans is a good character, he's overrated, but that doesn't mean he is bad as a character.
