This video was made because I made an overestimate on Baraka's D3 and D4. In the video ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uWPFkKeD3Zg.html ) I made the conclusion that "no F-Block ATK in the game" can punish either of these pokes. The test was done on Kollector who has the best F-Block ATKs in the game, and Baraka has passed this test with both of his pokes more than once. I've redid the test again after uploading the video and now it has shown me different results. I went to find what cause this discrepancy and here are the results: 1. D3, in its active frame 3, can only be punished if a F-Block ATK has 8 frames of start-up. To my knowledge, the only people who have this is Sonya's U+2 (8f), and Kollector's U+3 (7f). Thus, this will be a rare occurence, but if D3 is done on active frame 1-2 a 9f F-Block ATK can punish Baraka. 2. D4 at its maximum range can be safe from Kollector's 7 frame U+3 due to its pushback. Thus, Baraka's D4 can technically be immune to ALL F-Block ATK's, but it seems more RNG based than something done with skill. 3. There are at times where both D3 and D4 can low-profile Kollector's U+3 or just not register the hit-detection at all. This is not consistent enough to be reliable but this can happen. 🤫
