You would lose steering wheel controls however there's a product called the RcJoyCon CPJexc that allows you to map steering wheel controls to Android commands. These can typically be found on eBay for purchase.

It will not effect your climate control. That is still all run by the OEM knobs. We are just about to release a USB accessory that will display the climate information usually displayed on the OEM top screen on the tablet

3D SLS printing in Nylon in low volume is unfortunately not inexpensive

Agreed, over priced. Was interested but yeah. Buzz kill.

Unfortunately low volume SLS 3D printing with Nylon is expensive. Not much we can do about that

My unsolicited opinion here, I would buy the product. I just feel for $500+ dollars - the item should at least come with a finish on it. I don’t personally feel there is enough incentive to purchase it. Between the beta characteristics, not proper for premium audio, and the lack of climate control display, on top of coming completely unfinished.
