You had me until I saw that you lose climate control with this kit. This thing looks amazing!! But I will never and I mean never give up my climate control for it. Ya boy needs that ac in this heat lol

Haha you guys did it nice, now I don't have to fab up the custom one I was thinking of. Just an ideal, because it's what I'm going to do when I order your kit. Lose the trash bin underneath the brainiac and instead create a trim to put the ac controls. Nobody is going to miss it. Took me some trial and error but that's what I came up with trying to put a tablet in my g35. Instant sales!
Definitely waiting to see update/upgrade for the climate controls. When I see that, I'm jumping on this. Being in Florida, it's a necessity to have ac. 😂
I was just getting ready to buy this kit until I read that there is no climate control…please please get this rocking and rolling cus I need this in my life!!! Is there a timeframe on when this is going to happen?
@@lodgec44 because the vents for 03-04 are part of the radio as the 05-08 are not... I was frustrated to find that out too... I'm considering getting out that part of the dash from a 05-08 g35 from junkyard and put it into my 04...

However, the digital climate control module isn't perfected and doesn't yet meet our quality standards. We have been developing the digital climate module for some time and want to bring the kit out to you guys as quickly as possible. We have decided to add a small row of buttons to the wireless charging box that will have all the controls for the climate. This is awesome, since you will have full control of your climate without the need of the tablet! We will be working on the digital climate control option for those who wish to have the controls on the tablet or for those who wish to have both! We will be sending an updated bucket free of charge with the purchase of the climate control for customers who already have the kit. We are waiting to receive the prototype board from Gerald to test on our local vehicle.

Unfortunately, the 2004 G35 dashboard requires A LOT of cutting that would be necessary to make anything fit. Right now we don't have current plans for the earlier G35 models. However, we do have a universal horizontal double din kit, which fits in most double din vehicles. It's a floating screen similar to what you find on the Tesla Model 3. We are currently doing a website revamp and have not updated “The Shroom” (Universal double din) on our website. We can definitely send you more information and details on The Shroom.

Regarding the G35 we will either add a small row of buttons on the faceplate (About 20mm in height) for the climate controls or proceed with the digital climate board.

@@WorkshoptwelveConnect think it’s kinda stupid how you guys are focusing on the g37 when there is many ones available for it already you guys are pretty behind just would make more sense to do a g35 with climate bc that is a entirely new customers for you guys if you guys have done it to other cars already I don’t see how it is so hard to do the same thing on another car you already have the jdm controller is it really that hard just to slap those buttons on the plastic?
