That valved rear vent tube (06F-103-215-B) is meant to be paired with the Rev.-P PCV (06F-129-101-P). The other rear vent tube (06F-103-213-N), without the valve, is meant for the Rev.-R PCV (06F-129-101-R). However, tube 06F-103-215-B will work with both revisions of PCV. But tube 06F-103-213-N will only work with, and only be paired with, the Rev.-R PCV.
Can anybody explain me the symptoms they were having that made them want to check this? I have a weird spark blowout/sputtering in full boost and new plugs, coils, wires didn’t fix it.. thinking it might be this.
I am sure you realized this by now, but the symptom you mention sounds like a HPFP (High pressure Fuel Pump) Cam follower worn badly. I would be curious if you fixed what was causing it so I can sleep at night. LOL .
Hi tomorrow I will change the valve cover gasket and the little black pipe you show on the video. Question how hard is to pull away that pipe? Some people are tellin me thats is nearly impossible to remove. And that scares me more 🤣
@MatthewTaylor3 Did a turbo swap last year. Ended up having to pull the breather a couple times for various projects. Tried/failed every time to get it done without removing the heat shield. Total pain in the ass, I just remove the HS and save myself the frustration
Yes, I noticed the difference when I upgraded to the F23T turbocharger as opposed to the factory K03. The difference is only noticable if you still have the stock front PCV installed as well, and not install a delete kit.
@@saief300 Haha, No. I'll post it in a response in the same way I'm responding now. The part number is in the video somewhere. I'll tell you shortly (in a response as I'm responding now).
