Great install video!! I just installed mine but the valve isn't working, do you think a simple reconnect or do you think I should check the seating...because it's always open
The valve should move freely with the actuator off the exhaust system. I'd start there and make sure it's not stuck. When I looked it over it doesn't appear that you could install the actuator incorrectly but I'd suggest pulling it off and making sure there's nothing bound up. Thanks!
When installing the same system we found we cannot put the actuator back in no matter what we have tried, has this been a problem for anyone else, currently is just left tied up under the car
That's not how it's intended. The valve should rest closed and only open when actuated. I'd suggest taking the actuator off and checking your work. Thanks!
In the M4s case(if I remember correctly)it had something to do with the turbos which gave us the result of its sound. There's one S55 m4 I know of that sounds similar to a 2j but its heavily modified.
Nice exhaust but its too heavy, even slightly heavier then the stock exhaust, HKS needs to make a Titanium option and less piping, they should of made the exhaust like AFE made theres minimal bending straight through to one muffler, i think Titan Motorsport is making something similar like that but full Titanium.
