Check out the Tampico Stogies jersey from the movie "Long Gone". I agree with Paul about the Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars and Motor Kings uniform though. Classic.

One aspect ab the NFL uniform numbers thing that yall didnt touch on was that RBs can wear 80s which is new outside of out of position players

Chris, I love that you gave the "California" Angels and pre-Gretzky L.A. Kings some love in your background this episode. Although the cap you show is a novelty one (the 70's/80s Halo A is by far their best cap) and the number of the Kings jersey is of Rob Blake, who played for the Kings well after they stopped wearing those classic purple and gold unis. :-) Regarding Larry Doby, at the very least, Cleveland should have their own Larry Doby day every July 5, with every member of the team wearing his retired number 14. Maybe on the 75th anniversary, the entire league can pay tribute to Doby and wear his number on July 5.

Exactly what I've wanted the holiday MLB hats wanted to be. Have the personality of the team, but show off the reason for why you're making the specialty uniforms without overdoing it.

Is that Oakland A's "O" logo possibly a nod to the Oakland Oaks? They had an Old English "O" as well, but I don't know if it was the same one.

Think its 1978. I remember the Dodgers wearing the 1980 ASG logo on thier uniforms

According to Wikipedia there is a Larry Doby Day but it isn’t recognized by the MLB as the Cleveland Indians have not been active in celebrating it, apparently only celebrating on August 10, 2007 the one time where the whole team wore his number, 14.

During pre-season in the NFL rookies, undrafted free agents & practice squad players wear single digit at WR or RB but not during regular season they do come close to running out of 10-19 & 80-89 at the WR position on some teams

Bud Selig had one good idea: RETIRING the number 42. Although Jackie Robinson deserves an extra special day, letting EVERYONE wear 42 is a *terrible* idea. There HAS to be a better way to commemorate April 15th.

The MLB should honor Roberto Clemente by taking the Roberto Clemente award winners and having them wear 21 the Pirates could keep all wearing 21 but it would be an honor to get to be the mlb player who gets to wear 21

I love what WNBA did they dont look like YMCA League lol. As for thier 25th Anniversary logo its unique inspired by old WrestleMania logo lol

I don’t want to upset anyone but can everyone in mlb wear #4 on Lou Gehrig Day as well ? (Not taking away from Jackie Robinson)
