This whole day was insane. (That's why the video is so long.) The Chicago Cubs faced the red-hot Baltimore Orioles, and both teams put on a great show during batting practice -- tons of action, home runs, toss-ups, etc. Then I got a surprise upgrade from my friend Dan (@wrigleydann) and his son Draven (@wclubballs) to the exclusive W Club with all-inclusive food and beverages. And then after watching the middle innings from some nice seats along the left field foul line, there was all the cup snake madness.

I've been a Cubs fan since 1984 and I've never been to Wrigley, I can't wait to see a game in person there. Cup snakes are probably the only thing to look forward to going to a Cubs game right now.

Love watching your interaction with coaches and players. NICE video! I love Wrigley Field and yet- never been there- reason I love it is I grew up watching Cubs games on WGN after school in the day before lights were added- as well as my Cleveland games- and I love the history of the place- and that cup snake- that thing is a thing of beauty! Glad you and Fenway Chris were able to add to it! I love it! I love stuff like that as a beer fan, stadium cup collector- that snake has to be a record holder! It is nice to see what is offered at the different stadiums food-wise and I love seeing how different things are. I really have been enjoying your travels this season!

I'm a life long Cub fan and always enjoy your vids when you visit Wrigley. I hadn't heard of the W Club until I saw this! Very cool! Looks very exclusive too! I usually go to at least one game a year with friends and we sit in the bleachers. I always say it's a party with a baseball game going on in front of you. Been involved in a couple of cup snakes too. Always tons of fun.

I've been to 15 mlb stadiums and Wrigley is one of my favorites*-- it truly is a ball "park" and the, "friendly confines" isn't just a marketing line-- it's a vibe that definitely envelops you. That cup snake is emblematic of the fun that Chicago fans create. *I'm a Dodgers fan, so Chavez Ravine tops my list. Ha

Fun fact: Daniel Norris is originally from Tennessee (Johnson City to be exact about 10 minutes from where I am). I met him at an FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) banquet prior to being drafted back in 2012 by the Toronto Blue Jays. A fantastic young man with a great personality and a man of faith but I also wish he would have a chance to showcase his skills in MLB! As well as his first MLB strikeout was against the legendary David Ortiz in a sold-out crowd at Fenway Park on ESPN and his first ever home run was against none other than the Chicago Cubs also on ESPN at Wrigley Field!! Great video Zack, love to meet you one day when I get the opportunity to travel and watch more baseball in person.

It’s not always about giving the baseball ⚾️ to the little kids. That grown man in the bleachers made a great attempt and it bounced behind him to you. You could have offered him the ball, but instead gave it to a random kid to look good. I think it’s great that you give balls to kids, but spread the love around! lol 😂

I did a W-Club game last year. Truly an awesome experience. There was a 90 minute rain delay due to severe-warned storm, but that served as the best place to ride it out. Sadly I couldn't finish the game because my parking was about to expire 😥
