MMDA Cubao Complaint 

Another operation from the MMDA. The day started wth anti-illegal parking and sidewalk clearing in Cubao, based on a complaint. And then moved on to Santolan area where the infamous plant box was finally removed.
On multiple occasions, going back months, the property manager had agreed they would be the ones to remove it. But every time the team returned, it was still there.
Whenever possible, the MMDA prefer for significant structures to be removed by the owner instead of the MMDA. Since removing these kind of obstructions can consume a lot of time, resources and expense. But eventually, if the owner really wont remove it, the MMDA will be the ones to do it.
