Ingredients:
Gua Bao Dough
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- ½ cup warm water
- 245 g all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
Braised Tofu
- 16 oz [397g] firm tofu sliced to 6 slabs
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of knotted green onion
- 1 dried chili
- 3 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegan 'oyster' sauce
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon thick caramel sauce for color
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups of water
- ½ teaspoon water + ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- oil for cooking
Sour Mustard
- 8 oz sour mustard soaked in water for 1 hour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 dried chili softened
- Garnish
- a handful of cilantro
- crushed toasted peanuts with sugar

红烧豆腐
-397g硬豆腐切成6块
-生姜3片
-2瓣大蒜
-3茎葱
-1个干辣椒
-3 个八角
-1个肉桂
-1½汤匙酱油
-1汤匙素蚝油
-½汤匙糖
-½茶匙黑酱油
-1茶匙香油
-½茶匙白胡椒
-2杯水
-½茶匙水+½茶匙玉米淀粉
- 油
酸菜
-8oz酸菜
-1汤匙糖
-2片姜
-1瓣大蒜
-1个干辣椒
-少数香菜
- 花生粉

I looove a lot this recipe!!!! I agree it! I am a little question. I see you use a portable gas cooker. It’s possible to use a wok pan with it? Gas charge lasts long? Thanks in advance! 😚😚😚
