Here are some exercises which help you to prevent injuries and feel good in your daily life!
Doing some mobility and stretching exercises are not only helpful for your wakeboarding but also great for overall health and longevity💪
Hanging
Amazing for shoulder health. Just choose any bar and hang down. Brace your core, use different grips. Also good to improve grip strength.
Skin The Cat
Good for shoulder mobility- advanced exercise
Hip Mobility 👇
Pancake Stretch
Keep your legs straight
Try to bring your chest to the floor
Deep Squat
Shoulder width
Keep heels on the floor
90/90
Hip mobility exercise
Bend your legs 90 degrees and try to bring your chest to the floor
Perform those exercises dynamically
You can add some weight to go deeper into the stretch
Use a cable machine

Very cool video, thanks for the tips. I would really like to see more knee exercises to strengthen the ligaments. It would be relevant before the start of the season!
