I see some nice polish on Test Loop 1 with FSD Supervised 12.4.1. Still seeing an issue with seeing speed bumps reliably as well as turning into suicide lane vs travel lane. Speed control was improved but still needs some work.
Thanks. Bottom line- if that was a Robotaxi drive then it was perfect. Most of the nitpicky comments are valid but really you're asking FSD to drive like you do. A couple of times I would have done it differently then you asked for but that's only so it would drive like I do. -:)
Nobody is asking for robotaxis. A human driver is faster and safer than beta FSD software, by far. Just call Uber, and 5 minutes later you have a ride .
@@DerekDavis213 Nobody asked for automobiles, passenger aircraft, or ridiculously large screen TVs. However, once a technology becomes available, more efficient and more cost effective and profitable than the alternatives, the market will make it happen.
@@DerekDavis213 who has legal responsibility for a robotaxi or fsd accident? It won't be Elon, it'll be the human behind the steering wheel. I'm one release behind . I think, at this point the chages are really minor. I wonder at what point ppl who bought in, say, '18 will be considered "feature complete ".
@@danliebster9894 Uber and Lyft today give rides to people, *safely* and *quickly* . FSD powered Taxi will be less capable than the human Uber drivers that we already have.
Cutting over the lane line when there is no car next to you is just finding the smoothest driving path in my mind. If FSD does not do this by the time it reaches UK, I'm going to complain that it's being too robotic. Right now, Autopilot stays dead centre in the lane and it's the main reason I'm constantly taking it out of Autopilot. It's weird that you guys report these issues when there are no cars around to interfere with. If it does it with a car next to you, sure.
I am in Spain, have everything updated in my model 3 highland. when navigating took an old road. Google map however had the updated new road for a while. I wonder if Tesla nav takes longer to update. is the Tesla maps/navigations more up to date in the US, comparable with google maps or waze? have anyone experience this issue?
A very easy drive for a human, but FSD 12.4.1 continues to have problems: 0:43 too slow making the Right turn 1:46 not doing a proper merge, *not* *signaling* *anymore* in 12.4.1 3:23 not slowing for speed bump until the last second 3:47 *FULL* *SPEED* over a speed bump. so many failures here 3:56 STILL having problems with the Left turn and suicide lane 4:29 *Human* *intervention* , tapped accel pedal becuz FSD is slow 8:05 Cut the left turn too sharply. Not good How come speed bumps were only tested once, instead of twice (as usual) ?
