Tesla uses Service Centers instead of dealerships. It can be a every different experience especially using your phone app as the main communication device. My Model Y has been very reliable, however it was one of the first units built and did not come with the "Acoustic" blanket that they started adding to the newer cars. my heat pump was not extremely loud, but I could hear it when the AC was running and Tesla offers to retrofit the older cars, so I decided to have them add it to "Grandpa".
