Hey guys! I'm a huge brazilian fan of OTGW, I saw a lot of your videos talking about chinese culture, but I never saw you guys talking about Peking / Kunqu / Yueju Opera! This dance, music an acting style is so beautiful! I'm an actor and I'm researching more about Chinese Opera, I'm even trying to learn mandarin and cantonese! Hahahaha! OMGOSH. I went to Soju house a few months ago for the first time...SOOOO GOOD. Pomegranate soju is soooo gooooood and the presentation is beautiful. Their seafood pancake is zee bomb. Everything about Soju Haus is amazing!

I like how 'normal' mukbang' the people just eat one or two ridiculously huge dish. But this video they are actually trying different food. Makes it so much better and worth it. And great product placement. MORE RESTAURANTS NEEDS TO DO THIS!

Nice! at 1:55 It's correct that the younger one has to use two hands in pouring the drink (or place his left hand below his chest) but the older one has to hold the glass when the drink is being poured (only one hand -> right hand). Your videos are fantastic! And the food really looks good! (and I'm in Korea)

The whole set of dishes all look so fusion-style, east-meets-west, and with the exception of the budae jjigae and the seafood stew at the end, most of the starter dishes all look so 'adapted' and unlike the way they are served in Korea.

In Korean cuisine, there are many different types of vinegar including pommegrante and my favorite blueberry. Can be used in many different drinks including cocktails.

the custom comes from back in the day when men and women wore very broad sleeved clothing (Hanbok) which if the sleeve wasn't grasped would trail into the food or drink.

the sign of a good rib is that it does not fall off the bone. It should bite and break cleanly when you take a bite it should not be coming off the bone on the plate that is an over-cooked rib.

I am pretty sure that baby back ribs are not presented in this way back in South Korea. The tendency is to cut them all up into long slices of beef that can be rolled up. Even the pork feet is often served as a whole piece with the feet cut up into thin slices.
