bandolier stopping power deep impact is my go to. Favorite troll class is fragx3 +explosion and martyrdom, obviously. Its the #1 class for wet work, shipment, etc. I do love silenced mp5 with stealth perks for bloc exclusively.
A big concern about CoD I've heard from people is the lack of class variations, as in people are using the same guns, with the same attachments, and same perks. Granted, a lot of that has to do with the competitive side of the game, I'm not sure why people don't see the same for this. It's almost like the majority of players using Jugg and SP are forcing the rest of the community to use them as well. If anyone watches ImMarksman he talks all the time about how he hates that people always use Awareness in SnD and it sort of forces him to use it as well.
I love running the W1200 with double tap because it makes you pump the gun faster, with frag x3 (I play domination) and extreme conditioning as the hip fire is already tight enough

Someone running say MP5 or AK with jug will have an advantage going against sniper rifles, shotguns, semi auto rifles, pistols and any weak guns like the M4, SAW, Uzi and skorpian. As well as noob tubes, RPGs, grenades and even the air strike kill streak. Jug has the advantage on all of them. Where jug loses its advantage is going up against 1 on 1 gun battles with M16, AK, G36C, MP5, AK74, P90, RPD and a few others with stopping power. That argument might lead you to think jug is better but when you play call of duty 4, there aren't many weapons to begin with but you'll likely use the M16, Ak and MP5 anyways...and using them with stopping power will give you a serious advantage against anyone who doesn't. For people rushing with sub machine guns, jug is great. You can move fast enough and live through sniper shots, G3, M4, M14, sub machine gun, and some M16 shots as well as noob tubes, grenades and air strikes. This allows you to attack the enemy from a different angle. A prime example of a good jug class is P90 w/ red dot, special grenades x3 or bandolier, jug, and extreme conditioning. This gives you great angles to kill enemy's. However, if you come up one on one with M16 or AK with stopping power, your likely to die.

You are definitely waaay under estimating the use of uav jammer. Its definitely a under rated perk but probably the best one. Since there is so much uav spam everyone relys almost entirely on the mini map that they only look for red dots. Trust me, you get so many kills on people who had no idea you were there. The damage difference actually isn't such a big deal but it can be noticeable at times
The AK74u's hip fire is downgraded to that of an assault rifle IF you use an attachment on it. No attachment on the AK74u gives you sub machine gun hip fire.
If you're are not that good at cod, i would recomend stopping power so it'll take less shot, so you wont need a really good aim IMO, but someone else could say use jugg to have more health, it reslly depends m8
Stopping Power is the general go-to. I can't answer the TTK question because there are too many variables. I wouldn't say Juggernaut is better than Stopping Power, the only big benefit is protecting yourself from snipers. Stopping Power is nice because it makes everything kill much quicker, especially since most people don't use Juggernaut. When using Jugg, sure you even the playing field against Stopping Power users but you're also going to have much slower TTK than normal, which will get you killed a lot.
i guess u like sleight of hand more because im a type of person who likes rush alone with Scorpion or MP5 so i guess its really helpful because SMG usually has low clip per mag

Best thing about cod 4! It's like mw2 without the bs explosives! (minus the awesome kill streaks :/) It's great because you can have a jug class if they spam grenades. God I love this game.
Whats the use of Stopping power if someone sees you on the radar cause you dont have UAV jammer on. He just go prone and pre-aim the corner youre coming to ( maybe even stuns you) en you are a goner.

Because everything dies faster. Juggernaut is not a widely used perk, so the counter isn't there very often. Stopping Power makes guns like the M16 one burst people at insane ranges, and allows guns like the MP5 and AK74u to melt people up close.
I never played Core again since they dropped Stopping Power. stupidest thing they did was keep the damage low. No one likes having to use Sleight of Hand as your Go-To just because it takes a full mag to kill now 😡
Saying that using Juggrrnaut against Stopping Power/Sonic Boom is as if you had neither isn't 100% accurate. If you doesn't have Juggernaut, you would take the extra damage, if your enemy doesn't have Stopping power/Sonic Boom, they would deal less damage.

Where two perks are choosing one or the other or you die. I understand people love this game, but it doesn't change the fact it is flawed as hell. Though if you kill streaks does it give you a point to your streaks? Because UAV farming would make this game hell.
ok to be honest your favorite class is the maximum noobish shit ever. the p90 is way too overpowered and needed a huge nerf back in the day but that never came. best way to play this game is the promod way which is extra ammo( dont know how its spelled lol), stopping power and steady aim. hope they implement mod tools in the pc

Loved COD4 but a faithful remake of something that is clearly broken is not great. I'm talking specifically about Perk 2. Perk 2 is a nonsense as Nero has ably demonstrated - its basically stopping power only or else you are at a disadvantage. They should have removed both the self-cancelling perks SP and juggernaut and made the game more balanced and varied.
No, if they would've remastered the game with HD textures and ran the game at 1080p60, without changing the UI, that would be much better than what we're getting

i dont understand how the math on SP and Jugg works out then....if you take a 40 damage x1.4 thats 56 but then if Jugg takes 25% less damage then 56 x0.75 equals 42....so it doesn't cancel. but if you use the 40 extra health then 100 health/40 damage gun is 2.5 bullets. and the 140 jugg health/SP 56 damage is also 2.5 bullets. thats an exact cancel. i consider myself pretty good at math and the numbers dont add up. if someone wants to correct me ill admit im wrong 💯

taking 25% less damage gives you an effective health of 133.33 not 140 so then you divide that by 56 due to stopping power and you get 2.38 bullets. so they don't cancel each other out for example a 99 damage weapon with stopping power will do 138.6 damage and jugg will reduce that by 25% so you would take 103.95 which would be enough to kill you. so basically if a guy with stopping power shoots someone with jugg the net damage would be 1.05x the base damage value which could be enough to kill with 1 less bullet depending on the base damage
