Hey Vincent, nice work on the modified RZR 900. I just picked up a used RZR 900 that needs at least one of the motors/drives replaced. My question is - how do I get access to the drive/gearbox? I've removed the rear wheels and it doesn't appear they can be removed from the outside. Looks like they need to be removed from the inside. Any tips or instructions you can provide? Many thanks.

Where did u get the lights from

Added the 2 12V battery’s and the GT550’s removed the factory fuse on the negative side and added a 40amp to the positive and keeps blowing the fuse. Any help?

I did the same on my nephews old 900 RZR. But after a week of amazing driving, there came a bad sounding cracking sound. After that the left wheel brakes in 1. Gear leaving the right wheel doing wheel spin. When I put it in 2.gear the engines shuts down after 1 second and I have to disconnect the batteries, just to get the same result. Do you have any idea of what I should do? Perhaps a new gearbox made for a 24V car?

I have checked out your replies to wayne below and appreciate the diagram. ihave recently brought my older daughter the polaris ranger 24vt and my son now want one like hers...i would like to try your conversion but im not really a electrican wiz..thanks again

Where did you buy the parts? I put two 12v batteries in my daughters and I think she messed the gears up or something? Do I need to replace the gear boxes and motors?

Hey dude love the video. do you happen to have a wiring diagram ? wanting to modify my sons rzr 900

curious on this, my kids have the same vehicle.. you said you wired this so both motors get power from forward high.. I know one motor gets power on speed 1, so on speed 2 both motors do not get power? Speed 1 and 2 alternate motors? I also have this hooked up on 18v and seems to constantly ruin the gear in the transmission.. I see you have 24 volts, but yet not transmission problems?

How did those upgraded motors work?

Did you leave the factory gearboxes in?

Can you do a video on how you did all of this and what is needed.
