Hi there. My RZR only goes in reverse now. No 1, or 2 speed. When I hit the pedal it only goes on reverse regardless of what gear it's in. What could that be?
What if I disconnect foot pedal and put the wires together and motors don't turn but when I use throttle on handlebars the wheels turn? What do I check next? Seems like power not getting the the foot pedal but is to the throttle. This quad is a hollicy atv and has 2 ways to activate wheels.
I just picked up an older 2:45 grey polaris ranger rzr 800. Battery charger light is consistently green. I jacked it up on milk crate and you can hear the control board make clicking sounds when the pedal is pressed, its very slow on speed one, then speed 2 clicks and goes slow as well. Any suggestions?
Hello CKC Garage, I tried to connect a couple of Dewalt FlexVolt batteries to my Peg perego 24volts RZR green along with the original battery in series and it did not work. The problem is now that its reversed back to the original set up it does not work. Did i burn a fuse or did i trip the overload protection switch?
what may be causing my forward and reverse rocker switches to be over heating and the connection yo the battery to he heating up? I've replaced the forward and reverse rocker a few times now. Battery life is super short. I was thinking it was a faulty battery, but willing to throw some time into it as my kids love this rig.
@@CustomKidzCars mine is the original, once you take the shifter off there is a rocker switch. When the shifter is pulled to reverse it pushes down on the rocker switch and then switches to reverse.
@@kshort23 yes but that doesn't carry heavy current. It simply activates the relay on the board. I would look for resistance on the motors that is causing high amp draw. Could also be a loose wire
@@CustomKidzCars I took apart the gearbox and inspected the motors last night. all looks good there. took apart the gas pedal and cleaned it up. inspected the circuit board under the drivers seat (wondering if that is old and needing replacment) there is a rectangular shaped double fuse which looks a little rough and where it plugs into the wiring harness is dirty and appears to have taken on some heat. I think I'll grab some Automotive fuses to replace the rectangular fuse and see if that makes any difference. any other things I should be doing?
Do you sell upgrades for big toys green county 24v lifted ride on crawler? Trying to improve the jerky start / stop and keep it from over loading and suddenly stopping in the Lower speeds when going though grass or turning (increased torque on the motors). Makes it a real challenge for the kids to learn how to drive. Any help you can send my way is greatly appreciated!!

I have a Gaucho 24v for my daughter and the car stopped turning on? The fuses all seem to be good. The switch and the key all work, I just can’t get the thing to turn on. And the battery is good…

@CKC garage I have a Polaris Razor RZR Red #IGOD0511 I have been saving it for my 3yo grandson. It was my older gs before. It is like brand new and been kept under cover. I bought a new battery from peg and lil Jackson was in heaven. The problem is that after once around the barn it overheats and cuts off until it cools...rinse and repeat. There is a thermal doohickey underneath pass side that is hot to the touch. Do you have a link to this issue and how to fix? Jackson is fit to be tied and so disappointed but I don't wanna just chase parts. Both drive wheels work well....1 on low and both on high as according to peg customer support. They are not much help as they want me to buy complete new driveline and wire harness 1 part at a time. Thanks Butch from Michigan
@@CustomKidzCars sorry to trouble you again. This unit has the Ruef 8oo poly switches. So do I need to cut those wires and solder in an inline blade fuse holder as the current switches have pins
