@@PardesiReviews Unreal indeed.. These are similar numbers of actors who play lead roles.. Those who play supporting roles and comical roles like Adoor Bhasi and Jagathy Sreekumar with lesser scenes per movie easily hit 50+ an year.. I think Brahmanandam had the record 81 movies an year.. Don't know if he still holds it.. Very unlikely to have been broken coz nobody does that many movies in an year nowadays.. 😁
@@ajmalkoramba not just that.. they acted in multiple movies at the same time.. Even on same days being at different sets playing extremely different characters..
Aryan (1988) , the first Mohanlal movie I watched in Theatres with my parents, I was 6 at that time. From that time till this date he stuns me with his mystic acting. For me, Aryan is the best Mohanlal movie ever made (my opinion). Ms. Greenberg, you should give a try on movie Aryan, you will not be disappointed.

I have mixed opinions on devasuram but it is a well made film. My favourites of lalettan's are guru, thazhvaram, sadayam, season. Lalettan smiling on your thumbnail is from season(padmarajan movie)
The same youtube channel called 'cinedot' who created this video has created another video on Mohanlal's birthday called The Dawn of Natya. Please have a check on it and can react/review to it too. As no one has suggested this other than the RCM
Most of the malayalam movie lead role actors act atleast 2/3 in an year but there will be a versatility in charecter and in acting .Mammooty filmography by cinedot is also good 👍🔥
Just like mohanlal did amazing films.like devasuram ,spadikm or anything Mammootty has also done somany amazing roles..like thaniyavarthanam , oru vadakkan veeraghadha , .etc.. if you watch those films you will know that its very hard to compare both of them..i think they bothr became this master actors because they had this amazing chance of working with some.master directors of Malayalam cinema of all time like bharathan ,padmarajan ,iv sasi.etc..if you chose to watch all of their works you will be amazed how much great their works were..one is so much better the another one.. mohanlal and Mammootty did almost 40 movies a year in 1986 a s leading actors ..it happened because they were the obvious choice for sany best directors at that time..i think you should watch movies of our masterfull directors of time with these 2 ..every film from those combination was great.. especially padmarajan..you should see his mohanlal movie thoovanathumbikal.wow ❤️ that was a piece of art..and also lohithasan..he as a writer was great..you have seen his movie kireedam..but every movies written or directed by these legends were great.. I would like you to watch the movie 'Pakal Nakshatrangal' which is a different concept altogether and like to hear how you felt after watching it.. If you understand the concept told in cinema... i believe the movie is available in youtube channel. Not sure you may get it other wise.
