In part 9, we ride from Romania, into Serbia along the Danube river and the Iron Gates - probably one of the best roads in Europe. On our way through Serbia, we stop by at a cool and bikerfriendly place for lunch. It had a cool interior and a very helpful server/chef/hostess.
We end the day in Montonegro, stopping shortly at the Tara Canyon before finding very nice B&B.

Very nice ride ! 35c is hot, I agree. I don't like riding when it's that hot in the USA ,don't like working in it either. Suzanna was beautiful BTW !

On the Murmansk trip (coming soon) I recall wanting a little of that heat. On the morning riding to North Cape, I rode with 5 layers including heated vest. Though it was 5 degrees, the air was humid, strong crosswinds, occasional rain, grip heating at max, I had a hard time keeping warm. Really longed for those 35 degrees at that point. Looks like a great road along the Danube, fantastic to watch. Really enjoying watching your trip and jealous I am not with you, although I don't think my riding skills would be up to some of the routes you chose. Had a look at GeoLayers2 but After Effects is a subscription and too much for a hobby. I use Adobe Premiere Elements and GIMP all good learning :)

The roads aren’t that difficult. The bikes aren’t dirt bikes so we avoid anything too technical. And we’re not in a hurry. If you want, you can try Google Earth Studio, it can make animated videos and overlays (KML tracks). It’s free. Thanks for watching :-)

Yes, I do. But it depends on what kind of riding you do. For the kind of rides I do, it works very well.

Cool. There are lots of great places to visit. Are you riding with a passenger? If so, you may want to prioritize passenger comfort and coms. If not, it is a question of personal taste. Best thing is to go to a dealer and look at different makes and models.

We entered Romania from Moldova at Leuseni. I think you are referring to the apartments in Baile Herculane, which is a very interesting town. We crossed the border to Serbia at Gura Vaii. Thanks for watching 😊
