The riders here in the USA are getting older. We also have only a few younger folks. I think most of the youth are inside playing video games and their work ethic is non existent. I've been working so much ,I have gotten behind watching your videos.

Your videos are captivating; your adventures are amazing! 🏞 How do you tackle fatigue on your epic rides and ensure you're always in peak physical shape? Can't wait for the video!

Can’t say I’m in a particular good shape. We just take it easy and stop whenever we feel for it and not worrying. Thanks for watching 😊

Good ride. Don't worry about any comments about your English, I'm happy you are doing your ride comments in English. Thank you for sharing your ride. These are places I'll never be able to afford to go. Just now getting to watch your videos, I've been working so much.

Nice to see you encountered sheep when leaving us-the nearest we get round here to a traffic jam! Sorry it rained so much over the Campsies-that steep hill is a killer to cycle up… You both made easy/skilled progress over the Hardknott pass-many bikers fail/fall on those steeper hairpins. Shame you couldn’t see the views though. Good to hear ‘rock me Amadeus’ 🤣

"A wee bit" is really the same as "a tiny bit. The word 'wee' is of Scottish origin but is understood everywhere. I guess you were recalling the chap you we speaking to when waiting for the sheep - he had a strong Scottish accent. Thanks for posting your travels!

@@BackroadMotorcycleAdventures 😂 we do like your rendition of 80s and 90s hits. But I think the best one was when you had a playlist from your daughter (some time ago I think..). That was extra special!

No surprises on the campsite facilities, it looked like a gypsy site. Mate, that's the UK for you, the place is a dump now, that's why I moved to Australia years ago.

Those that comment on your ability to speak English have no clue or speak a second language. I have met so many British people that speak their native language much worse than yours. You are absolutely fine and keep posting great videos.

It was accidentally set at a higher position. It will be fixed in part 3, I believe.

Would you say the full R434 beginning to end is theoretically suitable for a normal road car (no 4x4, normal clearance)? In summer of course. So hard to find reliable info about this.
@BackroadMotorcycleAdventures
@BackroadMotorcycleAdventures 2 года назад
Yes. As I remember, it was quite easy gravel. The A section (R434a) had a section through the forest where logging trucks had made some ruts.
@BackroadMotorcycleAdventures

I just realized, I haven't ridden the R434, just the R434A, and the R433, so I can't really say anything clever about the R434.
