Good day sister Liza it's nice to see that you cook the binangkal in 2 ways but it's more delicious is fried binangkal because that's the way to cook it I never see in the Philippines that binangkal will be baked.. because when you bake the binangkal it becomes soft like a bread not hard and crispy it should be crispy and juicey inside of the bund..

Lisa, binangkal is always cooked in oil (deep fried)... It is no longer binangkal if it is not fried.😊 Thanks for sharing your video... I'm following all your videos...❤
