~Garlic 6pcs
~Coriander Root 2pcs
~1/2tsp White Pepper
~1/2tsp Coriander seeds
~1/2tsp Cumin seeds
~1/4tsp Sugar
~1/4tsp Salt
~2Tbsp Fish sauce
~3Tbsp Water
Crispy Batter:
~2Tbsp Cornstarch
~2Tbsp Rice Flour
~2Tbsp Glutinous rice flour
~3Tbsp water
Topping:
~Shallots 10-15pcs
~1/4tsp salt
~1tsp Rice Flour
