MONAY & KOREAN CHEESE GARLIC BUNS
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1 cup water at room temperature
½ cup white sugar
1 piece whole egg
¼ cup butter (salted)
4 cups (600 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup powdered milk
½ teaspoon salt (only add if using unsalted butter)
Korean cheese garlic filling:
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2-4 tablespoons minced garlic

So yummy, thanks Chef RV! Only thing, I had to make some modifications as I "sliced" my finger due to my excitement, lol..only managed to fill in half (made 16) , the rest will just spread the cream cheese and garlic mix. I run out of fresh parsley so I used chopped green onions instead. My husband loved them too! Cheers from Oz!

I made this combined with Madiskarteng Nanay's yt channel recipe (kay Chef RV yung dough; kay MN yung filling and dip) and my fambam and friends LOVE it SO MUCH. I've been making this for so long na and it always work; palagi silang napapa wow. This is your sign na gawin 'to! Go go go!
