We damn sure did hear it just like that Monique. Just like that. Those of us whose eyes and ears are wide opened heard it as such. Until you’ve experienced these types of micro-aggressions you’ll never know how to recognize them.
It was more like “Put you’re glasses on you arent gonna do anything to me” .. still disrespectful but not like racist i dnt think. but older generation of black folks are more sensitive to it. 🤷🏾♂️
@@uncclelocc I think bc they dealt directly with disrespectful white men and women talking down to them. When it was happening to them in the 50s and 60s, it was all about race, so when they hear a white man saying those kind of things to a black man, prolly gives them flashbacks of times when they were spoken to like that by a white person. My best guess but idk. lol
This is why all of these so-called "truth tellers" have no credibility. Black people, we don't have to support or agree with everything that a black person with a grievances says. Katt, Monique, every "truth" doesn't have to be talked about. Thank God for what you have and keep in moving.
Ok im a minority and when i saw that live i didnt hear that what i did hear was someone who felt they had more authority and power but not to the extent of racism
You mean the race that accounts for the majority of rape and sexual assault? The race that raises their kids to shoot up elementary schools? The race that continues to push hatred? The race that everyone is eventually going to kill off 🤭
