Want to know how to play Monopoly? Monopoly is a board game in which players travel round the game board, buying and trading properties, and developing them with houses and hotels, with the main aim being to bankrupt the other players. Monopoly is one of the world's biggest board games, with several different variations and editions of the game.

I love the rule where if you roll a double 3 times in a row you go straight to jail. Punishing people for getting too lucky is a lovely touch.

In Danish monopoly there is lore to the "get out of jail free" card. It says on the card that "The Queen of Denmark has pardoned you on her birthday, congratulations".

I like how the birthday card doesn't even give you that much money but still feels the best. It's about the fact that you are taking it from other players

Being in Jail late game is the best thing you can do.

Going to jail in late-game is actually a huge blessing. You already have enough property at that point to collect money from other players, while completely avoiding having yo navigate through your opponents’ properties
