Man! That was nice display dodges and head shots. I was thinking of fully upgrading my 9.5 Zigi bow but... I think im going to stay with my fully updated Black Diablos bow for now.
If You have the Zinogre plates, I'd still do it. Deviljho and Kushala make the best dragon and ice bows respectively in the current meta and both are weak to thunder. You can solo a 6 start kushala pretty easily with a G10.5 zimogre bow. Thanks for your kind words and thanks for watching
You got it. Tap and hold to charge your shot and snipe the weak point - usually the head. There are 4 levels of charges. Click on your bow to see what the shots are. Rapid is focused on one point and effective to mid distance away. Spread shots fan out and is effect at close range. Pierce is your armor piercing round that goes thru the monsta, effect from middle to long range. G'luck

Thanks for watching! That timing is tricky depending on how far I am from Kushala. If close, I have to dodge early because it hits you on the rise. If I am middle distance or far, I have to delay the dodge because as you said, it jumps high and hits on the way down.
Also, yeah, you could've broken to Phase 2 with 2 Special procs but won't change anything cause you still need to kill it but who knows if it's possible solo. It should be, right?
I saw a LS guy with 90% affinity on a G10.5 Jinouga LS beating it. But I don't know how many tries he had. It was a perfect run from the AI perspective. Kushala didn't fly a lot in phase 2 and stayed on the ground mostly, which doesn't happen much. Also that 90% affinity is insane. His effective total attack plus element was over 4000
