I think it's very comparable. Khvostov is a much better autorifle on its own, while Monte Carlo allows you to spam arcane needles much more often. So both work

Not at all. There were just so many new things to try out, plenty of which were as or more potent.

Have i missed something, becausr to me it just seems like the necrotic build from last season is still better?

Hilariously, this is the piece I chose when I completed the campaign, don’t regret my decision
