This is indeed really great. Suggestion: make a video just about the sunglasses, this can win a lot of people to the Precious Plastic philosophy. Nice evolution to everyday products. Just imagine in the near future we'll have affordable electric vehicle kits to convert our old, gas powered vehicles into electric powered vehicles. There would be some engineering challenges to get around this but I can honestly see this possibly in the next 20-30+ year range. Just picture that old army van running on electricity!
Would have loved to learn more about the sunglasses. What plastic material are the glasses made of? PET bottles? Are they polished afterwards or do they come out perfectly clear out of the mold already?
Hi. I was so disappointed that Netherlands don't recycle styrofoam. We hope to see some awesome ideas about it in new precious plastic projects. Something cheaper and more effective than oranges
If my sunglasses 🕶️ 😎 break again, perhaps 🤔 I could take them to Spec-savers that it goes to the third world 🗺️ 🌏 🌍 🌎 for donation perhaps 🤔. I wear sunglasses 😎 🕶️ in all seasons are spring 🌼 , summer 🌞 ☀️ , autumn 🍂 and finally winter ❄️ 🥶. 👍
In my country it's a lot of PET bottle around you see. I realized some tests with that material introducing at the oven and I saw its maleable. But I don't know if it's injectable. Somebody tried it?
What are the Dimentions of that pond? 100m/50m/Xm is my eyeballing it. Also how did they make it, earth moovers? explosives? Also Does it have a liner or no? Anyways awesome commune!

Domingos Gomes, Thanks for your reply. The video seemed to explain the why but not the how as much. I think I saw some excavators and bulldowsers, so i'll assume thats the how. Also I think they said a liner isn't necissary due to the water line healing. Seems like a massively scaled up retention pond. The ones around my area are about 10mX10m or so.
