I’m so so sorry. Sending all of my love during this horrible time. Grief is such a difficult emotion to navigate. It gets a little better with time but nothing will ever fill the void it creates.

I remember when my dad passed away. He was my whole world. My heart goes out to you boo. I know it won’t be easy but I hope you to get the time you need to grieve in whatever way you need to. Sending all my love 💌

The end brought up a lot or emotions and was hard for me to watch as I was living hundreds of miles from home when I lost my dad too. I admire your strength and courage in sharing this with us and wish you well, my condolences to you and your family.

I lost my mother at the age of 24, today I am 50 and it is a journey that only a person who has lived it can understand and each route is different from another. My heart goes out to you. I lost my dad in 07 and i still cry about it every 9ncw in awhile especially around Father's day but i swear to you it does get easier. I still talk to him and my mom everyday because i can still feel them around me. Remember, he's never leaves your heart so he's always with you.

When you are ready, and your heartache doesn't hit quite as hard, feel free to speak to him. I speak to both my parents whenever I miss them. And when I do I feel their energy all around me, guiding me through all things, from whatever plane of existence they may be on. Energy never dies; it simply transitions from one space to the next. 💕

Also, I am so, so sorry about both of your losses. The death of a parent isn't easy, but when thing I took comfort in after my mom died a few years ago is what grief truly is through a quote by Jamie Anderson. “Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.” Remember, anytime you're feeling that grief - it's just the immense love you had and still have for that person. Sending you all the hugs and ramen!
