But i honestly dont remember cus my beatles phase was some time ago and i truly was completely clueless. Anyways after i read ur comment I did do some digging. Apparently he produced it and even had a cameo in this.

Monty Python were many years ahead of their time! There is an accurate underlined message behind every funny scene! They make you laugh by criticizing by their own unique way! How brilliant! I wish modern comedy also was like this! Respect!

Palin said about this character "The centurian, he's from Rome, nice liberal parents. He's been sent to this god-awful part of the world where it's all hot and people are sort of revolutionaries.
