And the ‘trust fall’ 3:40 when Moo jumps into a sea of dogs (but ends up on the ground anyway) - running off with Roger 🥰 And 4-5 dogs kissing him welcome 5:15
Me encanta ver cómo sonríes cada vez q rescatas a un ser tan indefenso ....pidiendo sólo q lo acaricies....eres mi gran Héroe sin capa..... Dios te cuide y te de larga vida🇵🇷
I always think when you take a dog down to the river for the 1st time it's like their baptism...washing off the old life and begin of their new happier life. Congratulations Moo, you're home.
Take me, take me, take me to the river…. Yeah!!!!!!!!🙌🏽 That is truly a great movie I just saw before my inner mind’s eyes. These fur angels washing away their past awful experiences with humans. Now it’s blissful living with their pack and of course pack-dad, Lee❤️
You are definitely a dog whisperer. The love and compassion you show these amazing animals makes their personalities shine. I love what you do you're a Legend!
My dog just passed away, I'm having a tough time with that. But I watched your video today and it made me hope she's somewhere just like your sanctuary. Running free in beautiful woodlands, splashing happily in a river, how she love water playing with new friends, surrounded by love. You've made a doggie heaven on earth. Thank you helping me see it.
I am so very very sorry you lost your dog. I too have felt your pain and I miss them years on. It breaks my heart and like you I feel comfort in these videos of Asher house. I hope you find memories less painful in time xx
I’m sorry about your precious puppy! What wonderful memories you must have! I’m 73 & now I have a Maltese, named Sissy. I got her during the Pandemic. You will feel better when you can get another Beloved Dog. There is one at the Shelter who Really needs Love, hugs & kisses & a warm comfy bed next to you! You have so much Love to give & a Dog who needs to fill your loneliness.
Lost Zac January 18th 2023 still struggling but I know he's in the better place just can't wait til we're together again! I'd love to live at this place and be surrounded by dogs all day every day!
I’m so very sorry for your loss.. rip💜 precious soul may some day you’ll be ready to adopt another furrbaby or even interested in fostering from a non profit organization who rescues stray’s off the street puppies/kittens that have been dumped. Daughter/son in law are fostering 3 lil baby puppies other members of the group, fostering other 6
I love how your dogs are so welcoming and comforting to the new pack members. 🥰 It seems as though they remember what it was like as the new kid, and understand what they’re going through.
All the dogs kissed Moo and welcome him directly with open arms into the family. You really saw the difference after. After a crazy life, Moo is finally home, loved and free. 🙏
Dios k lindo gracias por todo k sueño más hermoso sin miedos ni pesadillas k dios te bendiga siempre gracias a Dios k puso angeles en este mundo de maldades ojalá yo tuviera un campo así para todos mis abandonados
Moo feels like he’s died and gone to Heaven! Sleeping in a pile already! Fantastic. Just brought in a new dog at our “rescue” … our house. She is a Pittie about 9 or 10 yo and has scars and is a bit of a physical wreck but is so gentle and sweet natured I knew that her energy would be acceptable to all just like Buddy’s was. And it was! Happy for Buddy/Moo. He will be a fan favorite very quickly.
@@sallyrickerson9139 well congrats to you too! We hadn’t rescued in About a year, so this haas been a nice change for us. Her skin is so irritated! Hoping the vet can help us tomorrow. Good luck to you as well!
I have so much respect for people who rescue animals! I’m getting my first dog this week, so as a new dog owner I’m not really prepared or skilled enough for something like that, but I want to someday!
Moo finally found home he is a stunning dog. It was meant to be. It always makes me laugh seeing Xena trying to pick up massive rocks every video of your dog walks. Lee you are truly an amazing and very handsome man. This is your calling in life to be a safe home for all your babies. Much love x
I loved the moment when some of the other dogs were giving him kisses while they were on the walk together, like “hey, we like you. You’ve had a hard time you need some kisses.” Also something of note; that one dog carrying a whole rock around in his mouth at the river. 😂
I feel like all your pup's also know that dad brings home pups that need help and because they've all been rescued by you they know what its like being in the position that moo or any new member is in and how they're feeling. So they're all super chill and welcoming to the new members as they were once in the same position ❤️ you truly are an angel my man all of your time and effort you put into giving these beautiful pups the wonderful loving life that they deserve is just incredible!!
Funny, I was just having the same thought that in addition to Lees love and compassion to Moo, the pack recognises his sad past and accept him on that basis. The way Moo accepted Lee after a struggle was just beautiful to see.
That was so sweet. You really buttered him up in the beginning to get him to break through his fear. That's what love will do! He fit into the pack right away - they loved him and vice versa! Very, very sweet.
That whining he done as if to say "I'm scared but I'm going to trust you, please don't hurt me" what an incredible dog. He knows he's finally home and safe ❤️
So many of the rescues here in UK say there must be no other animals in the house. I question this as with patience & love I have seen 'difficult' dogs bond so deeply with another dog. This intro was really amazing & inspiring. Love to you all.
They probably say that because they don't know what to expect, as a precaution maybe. Not everyone can handle dogs like this person in the video can. Not every dog/s will be as open and welcoming as the dogs in this pack. My first rescue dog was very friendly and very submissive towards me but he was extremely scared and aggressive towards any dog that was within 20 ft of him. It took a while to undo the damaged his old owners did to him. He is surrounded by 2 other dogs in his pack and isn't reactive toward others outside the pack unless the dogs are trying charging at him.
Also don't forget he picks dogs that will work in the pack, he has said this before, he doesn't just rescue any dog, he takes in ones that would benefit from the environment and the pack. This living situation is also very very different to most homes, they have a large property and lots of space with a huge diversity of animals, its not the same as a little uk semidetached with a garden. Don't assume that all dogs are like this, just because his are, that can be very dangerous. I was a dog sitter for a few years and met a number of dogs that genuinely hate other dogs, its not uncommon.
It always amazes me that no matter how scared or how much these dogs have been through physically or mentally how quick they respond to a good human been's touch and attention. You could see and feel how much Moo changed just spending that time alone with Lee. And that he had an immediate reaction and connection with Rodger. Both broken souls who have found love, freedom and a home not to mention numerous brothers and sisters. I just love the way they all love on one another from the biggest to the smallest. You are truely doing an incredible job Lee. ❤️🐕🐾
Something about that doesn’t add up… in the initial scene where they were making friends, Moo already had a shaved belly. Then he mentions that Moo was just neutered and vaccinated so they got to go home. Then the whole river thing. You don’t typically get incisions wet for a little while after surgery. I don’t think that was all filmed the day Moo and this guy first met.
The difference in Moo's demeanor between the first moments of this video and when he trotted off with the pack in his fist mintues of introduction is astonishing! Tail up and losely wagging in circles, confident and relaxed and exited in a good way, to be part of the gang. How miserable he must have been before, and how ready he was for a life full of love, friends and enrichment! You've developed a sixth sense for individual dogs needs when taking them home. Good job Lee, wonderful work. ❤️
The dogs are going to miss the mountains and river but if you're going to also take care of grazers, you're right, you've got to move. Maybe you can find a place that has both kinds of topography! You can do it Lee.
@@NissrineA74 Not yet, he's not totally set to do it yet, thinks found a place he likes but I don't think he's settled anything yet. Did vid about it other day, very recent, quick little vid. 🤷♀️
Doggie welcome wagon ..with kisses. How wonderful the old residents welcome each new resident. You can almost hear them saying...." This place is great, the guy is great... your re gonna be happy here. 😅😄😍😎🤗
Imagine being a pupp with a troublesom past and out of no where this gentle giant, you 😉, shows up with tons of compassion and love. Just adore how calm and respectful you are with all animals ❤️
That was such a lovely video. That bought tears to my eyes. The dogs are so welcoming to new members of the pack. They are so loving towards eachother and towards you Lee. It’s so beautiful to see. Thanks for sharing these beautiful heart warming stories with us
Its always so nice to see the relief on the new dog's faces as they meet the pack and run down to the river. MOW was no exception, you could see in his face as he completely relaxed with you and the other dogs...no more abuse, no more being left alone or going hungry. Once the dogs get to your house its whole new ball game...For maybe the first times in there lifes they can relax and just be a happy dog with lots of friends. Thanks for all you do to give these wonderful animals a new life ❤
Yes! What a great dog. Once he knew he was safe it was a new world for him. Look how the other dogs welcomed and accepted him, licking his face and being friendly. Moo is home.
Wow! I am absolutely floored. What a beautiful miracle, for Moo, for all of his new dog pack, and in you. To see Moo getting kisses from dogs he just met and to go to sleep in a strange house--on his very first night--cuddled up between two of his new friends is so wonderful. The poochies have such loving good hearts because that is what they have received from you. Children and poochies learn what they live. I am so grateful to have witnessed this day in this lonely, frightened poochie's life. Amazing, to receive love, a new name, a whole poochie pack of his own, a new home, a new bed, a snuggly good night's sleep, and Moo's forever human best-buddy friend...all in one day. On Earth as it is In Heaven. 💖
It’s amazing to see how every dog welcomes him and how all the dog trusts you when you bring in another rescued dog. They all understand that it’s okay to trust a new dog in the pack. Really awesome work. Love it! Blessings of good health and prosperity to you and all your staff and all the animals . Keep it up Sir. High respect in all that you do and to all rescue organisation. Thank you for giving me a smile when I wake up seeing people like you doing a great big job helping animals in need 🙏❤️🙏God bless you all. Be inspired.
It takes TIME & PATIENCE & LOVE & TEAMWORK. That is Lee's gift-he had a PASSION and he worked it out. Now. Imagine us HUMANS having such TIME & PATIENCE & LOVE & TEAMWORK, surrounding US with such beautiful acceptance and tender care.
Its just amazing to me how all of the dogs welcomed Moo into the pack. They were all so loving and inviting, while giving him kisses to let him know that he is accepted, safe, and loved. It brought tears to my eyes! Absolutely beautiful 💖😊
This is the sunshine I needed in my gloomy day! Thank you for being you and everything you do for these inocente creatures. I can’t imagine a world without our fur babies.
It's awesome to see how quickly Moo fit into the pack and almost unbelievable how well he fit in when it was sleep time. So amazing! God bless Asher house and all the volunteers. Good luck finding another home with a creek running thru.
Cece always seems to be standing in wait for Lees return every time a new rescue member is on its way home with him. It’s like she knows and can feel Lees energy. 🤩💖💖💖
He just jumped right in... no hesitation.. beautiful to see him running off ahead as if he's always been there with you and the pack. Moo's Home at last.. Xx
Love, love, love and patience and your gentleness is what gain his trust. You my friend have a way about you that you can read and feel what a new pack member is feeling. It was amazing to see him integrate into the pack, and become one of them! You keep being you, love ya!!❤️❤️❤️
He just instantly transformed into a different, waggy puppy as soon as he started walking with the pack. I love how they were climbing over each other to greet him out of the car! What a sweet little moo, welcome home!
Aw this was fantastic! Love how Moo kept looking around like he was thinking, 'all this for me?' amazing how your pack just took to him and he to them with no issues at all, just amazing and brilliant to see!
I’ve been watching your videos for so long now that as you named the dogs for the new arrival, Moo, I remember seeing you rescue each one. It makes me feel so connected to them and emotionally invested in their long-term well being. Also randomly, I met a woman on the street, we bonded immediately over our dogs, and when I mentioned that I combat depression with animal rescue videos, she was trying to remember the name of a “big strapping man that saves dogs” and I said “Do you mean Lee from Asher House Sanctuary?” ‘Yes!” That was cute. I admire and adore you and your mission.
That last shot was the sweetest in the world. Mu has a home and is home now and you sure can tell how much that dog just loves it's new place and home. I wish I felt like that as not felt like that in so long. He's a lucky boy. God love Asher House.
